CryptoGuess is a skill-based prediction platform where users forecast the next candles of publicly available cryptocurrency markets (initially BTC/USDT) and compete on accuracy in free tournaments.
2. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration information, operate a single account per person, and refrain from using bots, scripts, or any automated tooling to submit predictions or manipulate leaderboards.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not attempt to interfere with the service, abuse referral or promotional mechanics, impersonate other users, or access the platform from a jurisdiction where it is not permitted.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform, its source code, UI, branding, and scoring methodology are owned by the operator. Your submitted predictions remain your own; you grant the platform a limited licence to display them in leaderboards and history views.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
